I. Delivery Range and Timeliness

Place of shipment

All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Poland, covering the European Union and major countries around the world (for specific countries available for delivery, please refer to the checkout page).

Processing and shipping time

Orders will be prepared and dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after payment confirmation (the time may be extended for custom-made or pre-sale items).

During peak seasons or major promotions, there may be a delay of 1 to 3 days. We will notify you by email.

Ii. Freight Charges and Delivery Methods

Freight calculation

The shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the weight, volume and destination of the goods, and the amount is displayed in real time on the checkout page.

Iii. Order Tracking and Customs

Logistics tracking: After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account to check the status.

Customs clearance responsibility: The destination duty/import tax shall be borne by the recipient. It is recommended to check the local customs policies in advance.

Iv. Returns and After-sales Guarantee

Return and exchange conditions

You can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days after signing for the item. Please ensure that the product is unused and the packaging is intact (sealed art materials cannot be opened).

⚠️ Special items such as custom paints/canvases are non-returnable and non-exchangeable except for quality issues.
