Hygiene and safety requirements: There is a risk of contamination when tools such as pigments and brushes come into contact with the human body or the environment.
Customized attributes: Services such as canvas size customization and pigment repackaging are irreversible.
Material particularity: Materials such as Xuan paper and canvas are prone to quality issues due to environmental changes, and their integrity cannot be guaranteed for secondary sales.
🔍 II. Negotiable special circumstances (application by email required)
If you encounter any of the following issues, please send the proof to workform@fineartstool.com within 72 hours of receipt:
Transportation damage: Provide clear photos of damaged outer packaging and damaged goods (including the waybill number);
Serious mismatch between the goods and the description: For instance, if the order purchases 300g watercolor paper but the actual receipt is 200g model (unboxing video is required as evidence);
Legal requirement: When the consumer protection regulations of your country/region conflict with this policy (legal provisions must be provided).

🚫 iii. Situations that cannot be handled
Pigment discoloration and paper wrinkling caused by light, temperature and humidity;
Natural wear and tear of tools after use (such as brush shedding and palette scratches);
Customized products (such as engraving and painting knives, specific-sized easels);
Promotional clearance items (clearly marked “Final Sale” on the page).
